Evaluation Contracts

I offer comprehensive speech and language teletherapy evaluations and reevaluations for school-aged children as independent speech-only evaluations or as part of a multidisciplinary team, depending on the student’s needs. My evaluations identify communication strengths and needs, determine eligibility of services and provide recommendations to support a student’s ability to function and access the general education curriculum. Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) are also developed for student’s eligible for speech and language services. The following components may be included:

  • Case history

  • Parent/Teacher input

  • Record review

  • Oral mechanism exam

  • Formal and informal assessments in the areas of articulation, receptive and expressive language, pragmatics, fluency and voice

  • Interpretation of data

  • Recommendations

Evaluations and Treatment Contracts

I offer thorough evaluations, program development, direct and indirect therapy and collaboration with parents and schools for school-aged students. Individualized treatment plans will be created to meet the student’s needs and progress will be monitored to guide intervention. Areas of speech and language include:

  • Articulation

  • Expressive and receptive language

  • Social communication

  • Voice

  • Fluency

  • Apraxia of speech
